HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Use lime to wet the rim of a highball glass. Dip rim into salt.
  2. Add ice, Jose Cuervo Especial Silver, lime juice.
  3. Top up with grapefruit soda, and serve with pink grapefruit wedge.
